The Oncoming Storm

This is the first in a series of three manipulations done for my sister for her Christmas gift, it's the ninth Doctor from "Doctor Who" which we both absolutely love. I used a bit of Photoshop CS5 and a little bit of Picnik.

Sometimes people overlook the ninth doctor because he was only the doctor for one season, but he's absolutely brilliant and his doctor was very nonchalant and he was a BAMF.
